We All Fall Down by SolarLunix We All Fall Down by SolarLunix
Since everyone keeps asking...

This is an unedited picture

This was on my old account, and I have been thinking about posting it up again, so I did ^_^

I still think that this is a lovely picture with the snow falling and stuff.

I love the effect the snow gave this picture. I spent a good amount of time asking, "was this a photomanipulation?" before realizing what this actually was. The snow looks like fairy dust from Peter Pan; it's very cool and interesting. The sun is also pretty interesting in this too. I wish the fence (or what ever is actually is) was out of the picture though, and I feel like the area is a tad too dark. The trees certainly make the image that much more cool to look at though, and this picture I like a lot over all.

There's a strange sort of beauty in this piece. It has a sort of aspect in which the first snows of winter arrive. For one, the snowflakes descending from the heavens could represent the start of a beautiful season after the last leaves of autumn have disappeared in the distance. For another, the snow could represent the somber season of winter turning into a time for hardship and turmoil, something that would be considered somewhat negative. This sense of snow gives out different points of view and opinions in life. Which would you say that the descending snowflakes represent? You decide.

This is a really beautiful picture. When I first saw it I thought they were stairs in the day time or something xD. I have one question, did you edit the snow in or the photo itself or was this an actual picture with no editing?

I think this is great shot.  I love the balance of light and dark.I like the sparkly bits but.. does not look like snow to me. It looks too consistent. Too bright against the back drop. Even the cloud cover seams too sparse. So would I be correct to assume they are digital? If this was a straight shot, maybe with a very bright flash, than supper awesome...but, as someone who has to dig their way out of the snow daily for half the year it ...looks altered to me even though it dose not say so in the description. I've mixed feelings on the position of the building in the frame. Face it while the reflection off the windows is awesome, the building it's self is, well very bland and modern...It.. dose not seam strong enough in it's small corner. I think that if you take this same image a cut the right 1/4 off OR cut the top 1/3 off you will maintain your artistic vision for the shot while giving the image a more palatable flow. Flow.. flow.... Sigh.. I really do hate looking at art from such an analytical point of view but some times it helps nail down the small things that might improve an image.

This was taken with a SonyCybershot. The flash was disabled, and there were no edits. This is the .jpg that came directly from my camera.

The shot was taken through a pink tinted window and I only had a short amount of time to get this picture.

I hate.... no I loath cropping photographs. My artistic vision was actually the whole thing, even with the building in it. I like the mirror effect on the building and cropping off the top 1/3, or really any part of it would RUIN the image. Plus, it wouldn't look right if you didn't crop it in proper proportions.

It wasn't even really snowing, it was actually snow blowing off the roof of the building.

I love how the light falls on snowflakes, they look like fairy sparkles 😍 the clouds look painted, they're beautiful! And the contrast between the dark trees and the shining sky is awesome, such magic pictures amaze me!

Oh wow, yes, that is gorgeous!!  I honestly thought it was edited; as you typically (ever really, that I can recall) never see snow falling with the sun shining.  This is a quite Heavenly capture.

It actually wasn't snowing. There was some light snow on the roof and it fluttered down off of the roof and I was there at just the right time as the wind blew. I was just in the right place at the right time :D

I would love to be in a place like that, it certainly looks so relaxing and tranquil. There's something magical about this piece - I think it must be the overall composition and the snow falling :)

When I seen it in person it felt magical. I was really impressed that the magic was captured on the camera, especially since I was using a Sony Cybershot, and not a more professional camera. I actually didn't do any editing to this photo, it's just how it turned out.

Actually, that vintage effect was just how the photo turned out. This is completely unedited. It was winter when it was taken, that's snow being blown off the roof across the window.

"we all fall down" *shudders* This is such a beautiful picture, that title scares me X3
But it's better than anything I'd have come up with... I probably would have called it something dumb like "raining light" because the snow is almost glowing. ... hmmm, actually "Sun Dust" just occurred to me and that's a little better... but your creepy title is still better :XD:

I honestly think that it was because I was listening to a song when I was taking the picture and those were the words, and it just fit. It was like fate lol. It's just the oddest little title.

Everyone is CONVINCED I photo manipulated this lol but that's really what I caught.

It was snow, and I really almost missed it. It was loose powder falling off the top of the building I was in after the wind picked up. I'm still amazed at how nicely it turned out.
